The agreement

By downloading, accessing or using Arrow Health, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Arrow Health is not medical advice

The food scanner produces nutritional estimates from a photograph. Estimates are approximate by nature, and any indication of how a meal may affect glucose is a general educational guide — not a personalised prediction, and never a basis for dosing.

The medicine scanner identifies packaging and returns reference information. Always verify against the printed label and your prescriber's instructions.

The in-app assistant answers general health questions. It does not know your full clinical history and cannot exercise clinical judgement.

Arrow Health is a health information and tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it is not certified or approved as one by any regulatory authority.

In an emergency, or for symptoms that worry you, contact a doctor or emergency services immediately. Do not use this app instead.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Arrow Health. By using the app you confirm that you are.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without your permission. Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.

An account is personal to you. Do not share it, and do not use it to record another person's health data without their knowledge and consent.

Data you enter

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record. Readings, meals and medication entries drive the trends and insights the app shows, so an incorrect entry produces an incorrect insight. Arrow Health is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of app-generated output.

Consultations with clinicians

Arrow Health lets you book consultations with clinicians. When you do, the clinical relationship is between you and that clinician, not between you and Arrow Health. They exercise independent professional judgement and are responsible for the advice they give, under their own professional obligations and registration.

We facilitate booking, scheduling and the exchange of relevant records. We do not practise medicine through the app and we are not a party to the clinical encounter.

Telemedicine has limits. A remote consultation cannot include a physical examination, and there will be situations in which a clinician tells you to attend in person. Follow that advice.

Paid plans and consultation fees

Some features and consultations are paid. Prices are shown before you commit, and payment is taken through a third-party gateway subject to its own terms. Fees are stated inclusive of any taxes that apply unless we say otherwise.

Consultation fees are refundable if the consultation does not take place because the clinician is unavailable. Refunds are not generally available for a consultation that has taken place. Cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking.

Acceptable use

Arrow Health is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use of the tracking and information features. Paid consultations booked through the app are a separate paid service and are not affected by that restriction.

You must not:

• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the app;
• use the app or its output to provide medical services to other people;
• scrape, bulk-extract or resell content, clinician listings or nutritional data;
• upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account;
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity when booking a consultation;
• use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Our content, your content

The app, its design, text, graphics and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app — nothing more.

Your health data remains yours. By using features that require server processing, you grant us only the permission needed to operate those features for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of your health information and do not use it to train models.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Arrow Health available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, network conditions and events outside our control may cause interruption. We may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrow Health is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Nothing here limits the responsibility a consulting clinician holds for their own clinical advice.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Arrow Health at any time and delete your account from within the app, or at arrowhealth.app/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and immediate.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if continued access poses a risk to other users or to the service. Where practical we will give notice and a chance to put things right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of Arrow Health.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between us.
