Delete your account
You can erase your Arrow Health account and everything in it, permanently, whenever you want. Here is exactly how, and exactly what happens.
Deleting from inside the app
This is the fastest route and takes effect straight away.
- Open Arrow Health and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm — we require it so that nobody else can delete your records.
There is no recovery period. Deletion is immediate and permanent. We keep no backup copy of a deleted account and cannot restore one, so export or note anything you want to keep before you confirm.
What gets deleted
Confirming deletion erases all of the following from our systems:
- your profile, name, email address and phone number;
- every blood glucose reading, vital sign and growth statistic;
- meal records and every meal photograph you submitted;
- medicine records and scanned medicine images;
- activity and step data;
- documents and reports you uploaded;
- consultation bookings and any feedback you left;
- your entire AI assistant conversation history.
Uploaded files are removed from cloud storage first, then the underlying records are erased.
Data held only on your phone — the default for Arrow Health — is removed when you uninstall the app.
What is kept, and why
- Payment transaction records. Retained where financial and tax law requires it. These record that a transaction occurred; they are not health data.
- Clinician records. If you consulted a clinician through Arrow Health, that clinician may be professionally required to keep their own notes of the encounter. Deleting your account removes our copy but cannot compel a clinician to destroy a clinical record they must retain.
- Anonymous aggregates. Statistics that cannot be linked back to you or any individual.
If you cannot access the app
Lost your phone, or can't sign in? Email us and we will delete the account for you.

Include the email address or phone number registered to the account.
We verify identity before deleting anything — this protects you from someone else erasing your medical history. We will confirm within 30 days, and usually far sooner.
